PAI, a premier association sales firm, is looking for an all-hands-on-deck professional to jump into every aspect of conference and publication sales operations by keeping the logistical ‘trains’ running on time. From vendor management to marketing support, you’ll handle the nuances of show management for multiple association clients, while providing overall office management for their staff of six.
You’re a great fit for this role if you’re a high energy, super-organized, detail whiz who can juggle numerous balls with ease. Your project management superpowers will help you engage expertly with meeting planners, exhibitors, sponsors, advertisers and conference vendors to ensure that the sales process runs smoothly. This includes customer support, vendor registration, contract management, graphic design, accounting, exhibitor logistics, advertising production, and database management.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Demonstrated experience in trade show or conference logistics support
Proficiency with database, accounting, and show management software
