Reporting to the Assistant Director of Events (ADOE), this position is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for any virtual/hybrid events. An active user of EMS working in support of, and in conjunction with, the space and scheduling administrator, for all events, with focus on virtual/hybrid requests Works with IT to update and improve digital signage around campus. Serves as primary contact for external event software programs (eg Cvent, Salesforce) Establishes key relationships with departments to ensure a full understanding of their virtual/hybrid event needs. Meets regularly with clients throughout every stage of planning to best advise on logistical options to meet their needs including catering set ups
