We're expanding and looking for a full-time meeting planner. Join our education team that includes 7 meeting planners! Hybrid office schedule of 2 days in-office and 3 days remote.  JOB DUTIES: Responsible for logistics of training events such as: negotiating hotel room rates, ensuring adequate training space, presenter travel arrangements, food and beverage recommendations, audio/visual support and all necessary details for implementing training events. Partner with other CMHA Training & Meeting Planners to execute 1,400 hybrid conference. Conference committee develops content; meeting planner responsible for execution of conference. Set up and facilitate virtual trainings via Zoom meetings and webinar. Le
