Position Summary The event and visitor services manager is responsible for the successful planning and execution of rental events at the Moody Center for the Arts, including meeting with the organization requesting space usage, maintaining communication throughout the planning process, coordinating catering and janitorial needs, and ensuring all university safety standards are upheld. Additionally, the position is responsible for the daily opening and closing procedures of the Moody Center's exhibition spaces and should create a welcoming and professional visitor environment.
