Database:
Managing the Member Clicks system, pulling and sorting reports.
Work with national association which maintains member database.

Oversee bi-monthly online newsletter updates on website.
Continuing Medical Education Administration:
Take provided training by ACEP for Continuing Medical Education administration and filing; work with ACEP on meeting requirements.
Committee oversight:
Responsible for working with committees including Leadership and Advocacy Fellows, as well as the 16 residency Program Directors coordinating the residency visits. This includes developing schedule, curriculum, confirming speakers,
Membership recruitment and retention:
Create member communications to promote upcoming events and pending expiration dates.

Work with national association on membership recruitment efforts.

Create and execute mailings to non-renewed members.
