Having aggressively grown our conference division through webinars and live events, France Media is seeking a Conference Coordinator who will add to our team and continue our successful track record of growth. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for driving attendance to our events while assisting in negotiating venue and F&B contracts, marketing to prospective attendees, registration management, event website management, on-site logistics coordination, and overall marketing initiatives for the company.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess experience in meetings and events, and skills with email, database and general marketing, as well as have strong customer service skills. Experience with the Cvent platform is a plus. Candidates should have 2-3 years of customer service or attendee management experience. Strong experience with the Microsoft Office suite is necessary. The candidate should be prepared to demonstrate a track record of strong communications skills, the flexibility to handle multiple and changing priorities and the ability to work independently. This is primarily an office-based position, based in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. The position requires 15-20% domestic travel, with some travel on weekends.
