The University of California, San Francisco, is seeking an Events Specialist to join a team of high performance event planners dedicated to creating impactful events for UCSF's top donors, faculty, and partners. Under the supervision of the Assistant Director, the Events Coordinator will manage and produce development events including receptions, investitures, stewardship, and cultivation events. The Events Specialist will perform extensive event research of vendors and venues; maintain files and intricate event calendar; interact with internal and external constituencies; secure vendors for events; and create presentations and prepare meeting materials for Assistant Director.
