Summary Position
The Event Planner reports to the Director of Academic and Administrative Services. This position will handle planning, publicity and execution of events for various internal and external constituents, such as law school offices/departments, faculty, student organizations, alumni, the Board of Advisors and the bench and bar. It will ensure coordinated scheduling of all law school activities and events, other than classes and related activities. As to classes and other academic activities, the position will coordinate with the Registrar and Director of Academic Affairs to assign and schedule rooms.

Designs and implements communication strategies designed to publicize events to the general public, students, faculty, sponsors, and government representatives (in coordination with Director of Communications).
Performs other related duties as assigned or required.
