Meeting Planner
The Meeting Planner plan and executes domestic in-person, hybrid, and virtual events including webinars. The Meeting Planner works cross functionally with Executive Director to provide exceptional and professional meetings for our clients. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of event planning, meet strict deadlines and stay within budget. Research and negotiate with vendors to achieve the best combination of quality and cost. Coordinate with internal staff, clients and vendors to establish the requirements for an event and serve as liaison to industry leaders and senior executives throughout the planning process.
