The Office of Career and Professional Development is a multidisciplinary team that designs career and professional development training, tools, and opportunities for UCSF's emerging researchers and clinicians. We see our role of supporting students and postdocs to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to navigate their careers successfully as part of UCSF's overall education mission.The Researcher Team at OCPD works with PhD students, master's students, and postdocs from their first day until one year after departure from UCSF.
