The Parking Operations Manager (POM) will assist in developing strategy for all University parking issues—including both daily parking operations management and long-range planning—with a strong focus on customer service and data-informed decision making. This position also oversees the PTS parking enforcement program and University event parking support. POM must be able to thrive in an intense and fast-paced environment, addressing often competing demands with collegiately, fairness, and sound and transparent decision-making.
